Our Sundeep Bhatia features in this week’s Law Society Gazette.

Sundeep is the proprietor of Beaumonde Law Practice and is also a Council Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

A couple of weeks ago, Sundeep featured in a roundtable concerning Professional Indemnity Insurance.

This is insurance which firms , regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ,are required to hold to protect their clients , in the event that things go wrong.

Beaumonde Law Practice is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and holds such insurance.

The insurance held is subject to Minimum Terms and Conditions, ensuring that it is comprehensive and that it protects our clients.

There are those who are not solicitors , who also offer legal assistance to those involved in employment disputes , but who do not, or may not hold such insurance, or who hold insurance which is less comprehensive then that which firms regulated by the SRA are required to hold.

For your protection, and piece of mind, always choose a solicitors firm which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

In this article, in the Law Society Gazette, Sundeep takes part in a discussion with Insurers, representatives of Solicitors firms and Law Society officials, concerning the challenges facing solicitors in the insurance market.

The Law Society Gazette is the official weekly Journal of the Law Society of England and Wales.
